My Little Coding: Programming is Magic
Built with: Ruby on Rails, Bootstrap, Sass
I am kind of known for the pony thing by now, so I decided to put it to good use. My Little Coding: Programming is Magic is an arguably educational website that uses small, colorful cartoon horses to illustrate programming concepts and vocabulary. It mostly takes the form of a long-form comic, the first volume of which is titled My Little Coding: The Legend of Scrum.
Yes, I am fully aware that this is an utterly ridiculous idea. But people love the ponies, so who am I to argue?
The project isn’t up and running yet. The code is pretty much done; I’ve built a lightweight CMS with Ruby on Rails to make updating the comic portion of the site easier on myself. Still working on content (artwork doesn’t draw itself, as much as I wish it would) and styling for the site. Here’s some screenshots of the work in progress…
